How long does the engraving process take?
Standard production time for custom engraved items is typically 3-5 business days. Large bulk orders for corporate awards may require additional time, which will be communicated during the proofing process.
Can I provide my own logo for an award or gift?
Yes, we accept high-resolution vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. You can upload your artwork directly on the product page or email it to our design team after placing your order.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing for corporate events, sports leagues, and large ceremonies. Please contact our sales team for a custom quote on quantities of 20 units or more.
What is your return policy on personalized items?
Due to the permanent nature of customization, engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by our production team.
Will I see a proof before my item is engraved?
For complex designs and bulk award orders, we provide a digital mock-up for your approval. For standard text-only gifts, we follow the exact text provided in the order form.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer standard ground, expedited, and overnight shipping options. Please note that shipping time is in addition to the production time required to customize your order.
